Grace Advisory

A house of worship is at its highest and best use when full of congregants. When that is no longer a viable outcome, Grace Advisory provides the expertise needed to evaluate the economic value and repurpose potential of a site. Proactively understanding these metrics is critical to planning for continued growth.

Our evaluation process provides a comprehensive snapshot across entire portfolios. We frame our assessments objectively, and desire to see our clients thrive as critically needed spiritual institutions in an increasingly secular world.

Grace Investment

Grace Investment is a real estate investment management firm which offers investment vehicles to denomination-affiliated pensions and endowments. We are an objective fiduciary, focused on delivering competitive risk-adjusted returns.

We utilize the extensive insight gained through Grace Advisory and unique entitlement and redevelopment expertise within Grace Development to deliver value to both congregations/denominations (“sellers”) and denomination-affiliated pensions and endowments (“investors”).

Grace Development

Grace Development provides development support to the Grace Investment platform. With a focus on the complexities of religious site redevelopment, we seek the optimal re-use of denomination affiliated properties.

Many religious sites are best suited for some form of residential development. Consequently, we specialize on housing stock that, for economic benefit, often takes the form of multi-generational, moderate density and/or moderate-income housing.

Read Bio

Dave founded Grace Companies in 2020, after a 33-year career in real estate development and investment management. The impetus behind Grace Companies evolved from Dave’s real estate support within his own denomination.

The real estate challenges he encountered are starkly apparent across many denominations, with few specialized resources dedicated to address them.

Tristan Konda

Read Bio

Tristan, a senior associate, focuses on financial modeling, data aggregation, and building Grace Companies’ real estate platform. Tristan has a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of California San Diego.

He has been instrumental in the development and enhancement of the Grace Companies proprietary real estate mapping and analysis program.

I have been fortunate throughout my career; in my last act, I hope to apply my business experience for the betterment of humanity. I believe there is no better service to perform than to help preserve spiritual faith, regardless of denomination, in an increasingly secular world. Universally, faith imbues us with humility, hope and grace. We need to live these traits now more than ever.
